NATURAL VARIATION
Color, markings, texture, density, length, and fullness will vary from piece to piece. These natural differences are part of the beauty and make every trim unique.

CHOOSE STANDARD 19.5" FIT — NO PHOTOS OR MEASUREMENTS REQUIRED

Select Standard 19.5" Fit only when all of the following are true:

• The jacket is an authentic Canada Goose.
• It was originally sold without a fur trim.
• It is not an Expedition Parka.
• The hood zipper measures exactly 19.5 inches.

If all four conditions apply, select Standard 19.5" Fit. No fit details are needed.

CHOOSE CUSTOM FIT

Select Custom Fit if the jacket originally came with fur, is an Expedition Parka, has a zipper that is not exactly 19.5 inches, is another brand or non-authentic, or if you are unsure.

OPTIONAL FIT DETAILS

To help us confirm the fit, you may tell us:

1. Whether the jacket originally came with fur
2. Whether the jacket is authentic
3. The hood-zipper length, measured end to end
4. Any additional notes

All of these details are optional. You can complete checkout without filling them in. If anything is missing, we will email you after checkout and may ask for clear photos of the full hood and both zipper ends.

FASTEST AVAILABLE CONFIGURATION

Standard 19.5" Fit + Black may ship sooner when available. This is the recommended option for the fastest possible dispatch.

Production takes approximately 2–3 weeks after all required fit details have been received and approved.

Because every GlaciFur trim is made to your measurements and approved configuration, ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE, including Standard 19.5-inch Fit and Custom Fit orders. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect measurement, or an incompatible jacket.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDER
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved details, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and make it right.

To help us confirm compatibility, Custom Fit customers must provide the requested measurements and photos before production. We may pause your order if additional information is needed.

WHICH OPTION SHIPS FASTEST?
Standard 19.5" Fit + Black may ship sooner when available. All other combinations are made to order and require approximately 2–3 weeks of production.

DO I NEED TO SEND MEASUREMENTS OR PHOTOS?
Not for Standard 19.5" Fit. For Custom Fit, reply to your order-confirmation email with your jacket model, zipper length, a full-hood photo, and close-ups of both zipper ends.

IS EVERY TRIM IDENTICAL?
No. Genuine natural fur varies in color, markings, texture, density, length, and fullness. These differences are normal and make each piece unique.

HOW DOES THE TRIM ATTACH?
Each trim is finished with a high-quality YKK zipper selected to match the fit information you provide. No sewing is needed when the zipper and hood are compatible.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR THE FUR?
Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After unpacking, shake it gently and separate the fur with your fingers to restore volume. If it becomes wet, allow it to air-dry naturally away from direct heat.

IS GLACIFUR AFFILIATED WITH A PARKA MANUFACTURER?
No. GlaciFur is an independent aftermarket-accessory brand. Third-party names are used only to describe compatibility.
